Not all ERPs can connect directly on SEF which implies that LE must find some other way to connect. This can be expensive especially for companies which have significant number of e-invoices.
From its introduction in May 2022 up to December 2024, the Law on electronic invoicing and its accompanying Rulebooks have suffered several significant changes. Due to the tight corelation with the VAT rules, amendments of the Law on e-invoicing were followed with the amendments of the Law on VAT and its Rulebooks.
Due to this constant changes it is very hard to adjust ERPs in a short period.
